Easier spam reporting, improved template formatting, and more reliable attachment handling
This release introduces a convenient way to mark unwanted emails as spam and addresses several customer-reported issues across templates, composing, and attachments.
🛡️ Easier spam reporting
You can now Mark as Spam directly from the email interface, alongside other message actions.
This makes it easier to report unwanted emails without opening the Command Center. The action also syncs with your connected email provider.
✍️ Improved template formatting
We've improved how formatting is preserved when working with placeholders in email templates.
- Consistent formatting: Bold, italic, highlighting, font sizes, and other text styles are now preserved when placeholders are replaced with text.
- More reliable editing: Improved placeholder creation, editing, and pasting, including templates with multiple variables.
- Better compatibility: Existing templates now retain their intended formatting more consistently.
🔗 Consistent link formatting
Fixed an issue where pasted links could appear at a different font size than the surrounding message.
Links now blend more naturally with your email's existing formatting.
📎 More reliable attachment loading
We've improved how Polymail loads attachments in email conversations, reducing unnecessary requests and helping prevent interruptions when viewing messages with multiple attachments.
👤 Contact information improvements
Improved how company information is preserved and displayed in contact profiles when available.
Thank you for your continued feedback as we keep refining Polymail's reliability, usability, and everyday experience.
