Announcing Polymail Web!

Brandon Foo

Since Polymail first launched in 2016, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of customers and tens of thousands of users improve how they communicate with prospects, clients, and customers. But until now, there was no way for PC and Windows users to access Polymail. We heard your feedback, and we listened.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the all-new Polymail Web app! Our team has been hard at work on this for months, and we’re excited to share that Polymail Web is available to everyone (including PC and Windows users!) starting today.

What took us so long? Glad you asked. We completely rewrote Polymail from the ground up to create a better, faster experience and bring you all-new advanced features. Here’s a highlight of the major updates and improvements available now with Polymail Web:

  • Advanced Search. With Polymail’s powerful new search experience, you can combine search parameters like “in:archive”, “is:unreplied”, or “from:foo@polymail.io” with regular search keywords to easily find exactly what you’re looking for.
  • Command Center. Use ⌘J  to easily find and perform almost any action in Polymail.
  • Semantic date entry. Whether scheduling a conversation to read later or adding a follow-up reminder to a draft, you can now enter custom times or dates simply by typing them in plain english.
  • Google & Microsoft Calendar sync. Polymail now automatically connects with your Google and Microsoft calendars when sending calendar invites.
  • Improved speed and performance. Tons of speed and performance optimizations that add up to a faster and smoother overall app experience.

But that’s not all! Soon, these updates and improvements will be coming to the Polymail Mac app. We’ll now be able to bring you quicker updates, and this is just the start of an exciting roadmap of new features and improvements that we can’t wait to share with you next.

We’d like to send a huge thank you to everyone who was a part of the Polymail Web beta and who offered their support along the way. We look forward to your feedback
